Parikalp is built as a middleware layer that sits across your existing CAD and design tools rather than a proprietary kernel. Fusion 360 is live today, SolidWorks is next, and the ingestion pipeline is built to extend to whatever formats your team standardizes on.

Does Parikalp replace our CAD or PLM tools?

No. Parikalp doesn't touch modeling — it runs alongside SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and your PLM system, indexing files, simulation results, and design-change history so any of it can be found and queried in plain English.

Can Parikalp run entirely on our own infrastructure?

Yes. Individual and team plans run on our cloud-hosted models. Enterprise customers can deploy Parikalp on locally-hosted models inside their own infrastructure for complete data isolation — see the Security section above.

How long does it take to get our design archive ingested?

It depends on the size and structure of your archive. We scope ingestion together during onboarding and prioritize the projects your team searches for most, rather than requiring a full migration up front.
